Glad I followed the recommendations while in Truro to try some of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever tasted. The freshly caught meat was so perfectly seasoned then topped with crunchy coleslaw in a buttered bun. It was filled to the brim and I savoured each bite. We also tried their lobster seafood chowder which was also very tasty with plenty of lobster meat. It was accompanied by a garlic bun that was more like a fried dough which I really enjoyed. Worth the wait outside by the food trailer after cash payment. ”
